Who are the Paper Girls?

The Paper Girls are my lovely team of Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.

We are a varied group, with lots of different interests & activities going on in our everyday lives. Even though our group is quite diverse, we still find plenty of common ground & have lots to talk about including shared love of paper crafts.

The Paper Girls team is made up of different types of Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.

  • Some of us are full time Business Demonstrators,
  • Some of us are part time Business Demonstrators,
  • Some of us are Hobby Enthusiasts &
  • Some of us are Happy Shoppers ….

All of us LOVE receiving the generous 20%-25% discount we get on our purchases, just for being a part of the global  Stampin’ Up! family.

But that’s not all…..

The lovely ladies that are part of the Paper Girls team also happen to be

  • Kind,
  • Friendly,
  • Generous,
  • Supportive of one another &…..
  • LOVE to have a laugh :-).

If this sounds like your kind of group, then I’d really LOVE for you to join my team of Paper Girls.

Paper Girls “In Person” Team Activities – These are exclusive team member only events & are open to all my level 1, 2 & 3 Paper Girls members.

Team Meetings: I organise a regular monthly team meeting/catch up, which is open to anyone who is a part of the Paper Girls team. This is usually held in a local cafe or restaurant in the evening, where we talk about life in general & Stampin’ Up!. It’s easy to order a coffee or dessert …. sometimes we even get a little cheeky & order ourselves something a little stronger.

Team Scrap’n’Chat Nights: These are  a chance to get together at my house & spend an evening crafting & chatting.  We can swap ideas, inspiration, tips & tricks. If you have learnt a new technique that you’d like to share this is time & place to do it!

Paper Girls at Onstage Events: We attend Onstage together whenever it’s possible & sit together as a team group. It’s a great day & fun way to get to know each other better.

Paper Girls Online Team Activities – These are exclusive team member only events & are open to all my level 1, 2 & 3 Paper Girls members.

Private Facebook Group: Our private team Facebook page is a fantastic place to be. On it you will find:

  • information  & reminders on upcoming team events,
  • congratulations & celebrations for various team member achievements,
  • inspirational quotes,
  • links to card making challenge sites on occasion.
  • documents & files that I’ve created to help explain various parts of the Stampin’ Up! compensation plan.

It’s also a great place for all team members to ask questions about Stampin’ Up!, share pics of their latest creations, tips, tricks & advice.

If you don’t live close enough to attend a team event in person, then taking part in the team page is the best way to get to know other team members & become a part of the group.

Facebook Messenger: I’m often online during business hours from Monday to Friday & am more than happy to chat via Facebook Messenger if you have something you need to discuss in private.

(There are also other Facebook groups for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, that you will have access to as a part of my team & a part of the global Stampin’ Up! family).

Team Member Newsletter: Not on Facebook? That’s ok. I’ll be periodically sending out a team member newsletter via email.

Team Member Badge/Web Graphic: All of my team members also have access to an exclusive “badge/web graphic” designed by me! While you’re not obligated in anyway to make use of it,  it’s a lovely, fun way to feel linked & bonded together as a team. Team members are welcome to place in on their Blog, Website, Facebook page, or Instagram feed.

Paper Girls Support & Training – I’m not into being pushy & making people feel uncomfortable.

I prefer to approach support & training with the view to share as much information as I can with everyone, & then let each person pick & choose what suits them & which (if any) goals they want to reach.

I also know that a one size fits all approach doesn’t always work either, so if you feel like you need extra advice or motivation to help you reach your goals I’m here for you, just reach out to me & let me know.

If you’re looking for a more formal training program, Stampin’ Up! offer some great online resources on their demonstrator only website. As a part of my Paper Girls team & the global Stampin’ Up! family, you too will have access to these exclusive online training courses. Of course if you get stuck, I’m here to help & offer advice.

On the flip side, if you have joined to be a Hobby enthusiast or a Happy Shopper & don’t want to take part in any of the training, that’s totally up to you & your choice to make. I certainly won’t pressure you & you will still be welcome to join in all the Paper Girls team activities.

My role as a team mentor is to support, help, guide & inspire you in your Stampin’ Up! journey, whatever that may be.

Much Love, K xo
